Today, we need tools to monitor our state and take action before it's too late. Treating depression before it reaches a severe state can result in a 5-7x faster recovery. We need some sort of indicator to prompt us to consult specialists.
That's why we've created Dyfna, an app that monitors your mental health by asking you a few questions every week. If a problem is detected, the app will notify you to take action.
